The future is being built — be part of shaping it well
our why
The Origin
While speaking with her 15-year-old son about the future he hoped to build for himself and his family, Alisa used AI to generate an image of what his future family might look like. In that moment, she was looking at her legacy — future generations she may never meet, yet still holds a responsibility to help shape through the decisions made today.
our belief
Inspired by a growing conviction that the way we use technology today will shape the future of humanity tomorrow, Alisa founded HebrewsEleven (H11) in early 2026 to help organisations navigate AI with wisdom, responsible leadership, and human dignity at the centre.
AI should empower people — not replace them
AI adoption is a leadership and culture shift
Responsible use is non-negotiable
Built on the belief that innovation should serve people well and create a better future for generations to come, HebrewsEleven supports organisations through strategy, governance, risk & compliance (GRC), training, and cultural transformation.
The Challenge
Across faith-based organisations and mission-led businesses, a common and urgent pattern has emerged: AI is already in use — but without structure, oversight, or strategy. Staff are adopting tools independently. Leaders lack visibility. Risk is accumulating silently.
1
1
No Oversight
Teams using AI tools without leadership awareness or approval.
2
2
No Visibility
Leaders lack control over how AI is being used day to day.
3
3
No Strategy
No clear policy, governance, or direction has been defined.
The Opportunity
The same technology that presents risk also presents remarkable opportunity. For faith-based organisations and mission-led businesses, responsible AI adoption can be a genuine force multiplier — extending reach, deepening impact, and freeing people to focus on what matters most.
1
1
Efficiency & Capacity
Reduce administrative burden and repetitive tasks — giving teams more time, energy, and resource to invest in mission-critical work.
2
2
Communication & Creativity
Enhance storytelling, content creation, and audience engagement — communicating your mission with greater clarity, reach, and creative quality.
3
3
Mission & Impact
Strengthen the core work of your organisation — enabling deeper community engagement, more effective outreach, and measurable impact at scale.
who we are
Not a Traditional AI Consultancy
HebrewsEleven operates at a distinctive intersection — one that most technology consultancies never occupy. We combine rigorous strategic expertise with a Kingdom-centred perspective, ensuring that AI adoption strengthens organisational mission rather than undermining it.
What We Do
